In the creation story it is written; on the seventh day God rested.
Obviously our DIVINE INSOMNIA (God that does not sleep and slumber) does not need to take a nap after an all days work. So God did not rest because He was tired. Similarly in Mark 6:31, Jesus told his disciples "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest." Workaholism denies those around you the opportunity to enjoy your presence and it can damage your health.When you REST, you trust God to do what you cannot do. WORK HARD BUT LEARN TO REST IN THE LORD.
