10 Ways to Live in Abundance

1. MONEY DOES NOT SATISFY
He who loves money with not be satisfied with money… –Ecclesiastes 5:10

True satisfaction only comes from God. It doesn’t come from getting married, a bigger house, a Million in the bank, or being retired. What is interesting is that when we take our focus off of getting more money and more things, then they seem to start appearing.

2.INCREASE YOUR GIVING 
Proverbs 11:24-25– “One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want.Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.”
Proverbs 19:17– “Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his deed.”
Giving is entirely counter intuitive.

3. AVOID DEBT
Proverbs 22:7– “The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender”
 As long as you have debt you are obligated to put much of your time and energy toward paying it off.  Just think how your life would be different if you had the freedom and choices that come with having no debt.

4. SEEK WISDOM
Proverbs 15:32– “Whoever ignores instruction despises himself, but he who listens to reproof gains intelligence.”

5. WORK HARD
Proverbs 14:23– “In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty.”
Proverbs 20:13– “Love not sleep, lest you come to poverty…”

6. GAIN WEALTH ONE STEP AT A TIME
Proverbs 13:11– “Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.”

7. COMMIT YOUR WORK TO THE LORD
Proverbs 16:3– “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”

8.  DIVERSIFY YOUR INVESTMENTS
Divide your portion to seven, or even to eight, for you do not know what misfortune may occur on the earth. –Ecclesiastes 11:2

9. THERE IS NEVER A PERFECT TIME
He who watches the wind will not sow and he who looks at the clouds will not reap. –Ecclesiastes 11:4

10. WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER
If the axe is dull and he does not sharpen its edge, then he must exert more strength… –Ecclesiastes 10:10
