Grace enables us to live holy lives

Kathryn Kuhlman had a relationship with a married man but when she submitted herself to the Lord, He gave her the grace to abandon the relationship. Dr Juanita Bynum was a drug addict but when she submitted to the Lord, He gave her the grace to drop drugs. Benny Hinn was obsessed over a girl but when he submitted to the Lord, the obsession died. Pastor Darryl Foster was gay but when he submitted to the Lord, the urge to sleep with men died. Paul killed Christians but when he submitted to the Lord, he became an Apostle of Christ (Acts 9). Peter was afraid, he denied Jesus but when grace met him at the upper room courage took over (Acts 2:41-42).

In Titus 2:11, Paul said grace enables us to live holy lives. Gospel singer Ce Ce Winans rightly sang ' I will not trade you for silver or gold'. We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, it is not a ceremonial title; it is active and can only be experienced when we totally submit ourselves to Him.
